    Purchased in an order of two mugs. Ive been trying to get Family Panda to replace the mug which arrived in my order that wasnt my order, theyre being very difficult. They sent one correct mug and the other (this mug) wasnt even the mug I ordered, completely different style and clearly personalized to another family. Ive had many email contacts with them and all they do is ask for more pictures (which Ive already sent) and havent answered my questions. Will NEVER purchase from them again.
