I was very pleased with the whole experience, if you need it for a special situation order a little earlier then you think. I ordered for valentine and it came a little after but it was my fault kinda ordered to close. They did great getting it to me quickly.

The picture I sent to use the top portion of my head was cut out. For the price I would of thought it would of had a little better quality. Overall good product.
The picture was beautiful, every detail, perfectly done. I am extremely pleased with it, but most importantly, my Wife loves and adores it.
